You must be at least 18 years old to purchase alcohol from our website. It is illegal to sell alcohol to individuals under the age of 18, and we require proof of age at the time of delivery.

Ordering and Payment

Orders can be placed online through our website. We accept payments via Stripe, ensuring your transaction is secure. Once your payment is processed, you will receive an order confirmation via email.

Delivery Schedule

We dispatch consignments once per week, typically on Wednesdays. Please ensure that someone over the age of 18 is available to receive the delivery and provide valid ID if requested.

Shipping and Handling

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location. We use reputable carriers who comply with all legal requirements for alcohol transportation. Deliveries are made to residential or business addresses within Australia. We do not ship to PO boxes.

Returns and Refunds

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange for a return or exchange. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

Compliance with Victorian Law

Wine By Farr operates in compliance with the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998 (Victoria). We are licensed to sell and deliver alcohol in Victoria and other regions of Australia. Any breach of these laws may result in legal action and penalties.

Limitation of Liability

Wine By Farr is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or the purchase of our products. Our liability is limited to the total purchase price of your order.
